As Plano pediatricians, we share this goal, which is why we’re now offering telemedicine. These virtual options include appointments for everyday concerns and remote screening for COVID-19.
We make it easy to schedule a virtual appointment
If your child isn’t feeling well, our Plano pediatricians may be able to diagnose and treat them using a virtual appointment. As such, call our team before you bring your child into the office. The staff answering the phones will help determine whether a telemedicine appointment is a good fit.
If you think your child may have COVID-19 or they have been exposed, virtual medicine is also a great option. We have you covered 24/7. In addition to our weekday telemedicine screenings, through a partnership with Children’s Health℠ Virtual Care, we offer remote COVID-19 screening. If you feel this service would be helpful for your child, you can access the web portal or download the mobile app at www.childrens.com/virtualvisit. This is a great option for evening and weekend prescreening.
